Elgin Organic is a professional organic vegetable and fruit product manufacturer from Australia. We had good communication and built an automated packaging line.

Since many fruits are sugary and moist, the product may stick to the hopper surface, corroding the hopper surface over time and causing the hopper to rust. Other bulky dried vegetables can clog on the weigher hopper and feeding hopper.

After discussing with the customer to confirm the workshop working environment (eg temperature/humidity), we have listed all suitable options for food contact parts material and hopper surface pattern. The right option was chosen for it, and many relevant cases were shared to reassure customers.

Finally, we used the board pattern for weigher hopper & feeding hopper on MR8-200R, using SS316 material for food-contact part on weigher & MR8-200R, to solve the problem of stickiness. Using 14 head weigher with 2.5L hopper, solved the blocking problem. Finally we lengthened the bag holder to hold 300 bags

The machine is suitable for a variety of products of customers, they only need this machine to complete the packaging. In our test, the speed reached 30-35 bags/min.
