Fuling zhacai products have different types such as block, filamentous, strip and so on. According to different shapes and characteristics, different feeding modes are used for rapid vacuum packaging, and after the completion of metal detection, into the secondary packaging, such as ten small packaging into a large package, or pick up into the carton.

The packing speed is up to 100 bags/min for each machine. The whole process from the Feeding to the packing to achieve unmanned, efficient, saving labor costs, easy to manage, intelligent connection ERP and SAP system.

In addition, together with upstream and downstream manufacturers, we designed the production workshop of 40,000 square meters and the raw material workshop of 60,000 square meters for Fuling Zhacai Co.
